Meet Stephanie

Stephanie Naegele joined Visit Orlando in July 2014. As vice president of sales & services, she is responsible for positioning Orlando as a key meetings and conventions destination by providing leadership to the meetings and conventions sales and services team.

Naegele is an experienced hospitality industry professional with proven success in sales, operations and leadership. She began her hospitality career in 1997 with Hilton Hotels & Resorts. In 2002, she joined Marriott International, where she held a variety of sales and operations roles.

Her work has been recognized by numerous industry awards, and she has been named one of the “Smart Women” in Meetings by Smart Meetings Magazine. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
